Membrane Switch Testing
All membrane switches are 100% tested after assembly for dome functioning, LED polarity, and any circuit shorts. Testing equipment is calibrated on an annual basis, with HIPOT (high-potential) testing conducted throughout production to ensure that switches are robust. ECI Technologies can test to ASTM (American Standards Test Methods).
