ECI President Appointed to the SGIA Board of Directors

Edward Cook, President of ECI Screenprint, Inc., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA).

SGIA is an international membership association focusing on the specialty imaging industry. SGIA is the leading source of industrial screen printing industry news, including emerging markets, government regulations, and technological advancements. SGIA provides its members the information and training they need to stay competitive and succeed in the industry.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Cook has several key committee assignments. As Chair of the Industry Development Committee, Mr. Cook will take an active role in promoting new technologies and innovation. He will also sit on the Printed Electronic & Membrane Switch Council and the Graphics Production Committee.

“I am honored to be nominated to the SGIA Board of Directors,” said Mr. Cook. “In this role, I have an opportunity promote the importance of innovation and quality - two ideals ECI has embraced for the last fifteen years.”

Mr. Cook has been a member of the SGIA for over a decade and has served on the Membrane Switch Council since 2006. Mr. Cook has over twenty-five years experience producing specialty graphics and electronic interfaces and is actively involved in numerous professional and industry associations.
 

Brett Owen Joins ECI as New England Sales Manager

ECI Screenprint is pleased to welcome Brett Owen as New England Sales Manager. Mr. Owen has over 10 years of sales experience in the industrial screen printing and associated products industry.

“Brett is well versed on all contemporary products, materials and production techniques used in the manufacture of membrane switches, graphic overlays, and labels” said Edward Cook, President of ECI. “His commitment is a significant step in the strengthening of our position within the industrial marketplace.”

As New England Sales Manager, Mr. Owen will be directly responsible for all sales activities, customer contact and working with new and existing customers to develop cost saving strategies and new product development.
